Please read carefully

Entitlement.    The soft furnishings (purchases of goods or services) will remain the property of ‘G & H Soft Furnishings Ltd’ until payment has been received in full.

Terms of Payment.    Payment for makeup service is strictly on delivery.  Fabric, trimmings, poles/tracks, custom made blinds or other such goods are payable in full at the time of order.

Quotations.   Goods will be in accordance with the quotation given, anything else required will be done with the agreement of G & H Soft Furnishings and will be deemed as extra and subject to an additional charge.
All quotations are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5% unless otherwise stated.
Quotations hold firm for a period of 3 calendar months.

Lining.   Lining will be cream unless otherwise stated and is included in the quotation.  If a coloured lining is required, this will be subject to a surcharge and be specified on the quotation given.

Inspection.   Customers are requested to inspect goods at the time of supply or fitting, to ensure that requirements are met.

Colour matching.   Every effort is made to ensure that fabric is a close representation to the fabric swatches in the pattern books.  However if a true and accurate match is essential, then it is advisable for a ‘stock cutting’ to be requested at the time of order.

Fabrics not supplied by us.  A 15% surcharge will be added to any make-up cost if the fabrics are not purchased through us. We cannot be held responsible for faults found in fabrics that we do not supply.

Products ordered through us.   We cannot guarantee availability.  Customers will be informed as soon as possible if a product is out of stock or no longer available
