The basic curtain making course takes you right back to basics.

Great for those that have previously made curtains but may have some skill gaps in key areas, or for the complete novice.

We will take you through the process of measuring the window, pole or track. Estimating fabrics taking into account pattern repeats, cutting fabrics and linings, pattern matching, and finally the make up to basic tape heading.

The advanced curtain making course takes you to the next level.

You will have to know the basics in curtain making to get the best from this course.

We will show you how to calculate 1/2 drop pattern repeats.

How to make beautiful hand made headings such as French or pinch pleat, goblet, double goblet, and quintet.

The headings are the main feature of this course, you will make a complete interlined curtain, and you will learn how to calculate and sew hand made headings, we will also explain interlining and how it is used. You will learn how to measure the pleated width for poles to include 'spring-back'.
